To enable us to provide you with a quote as quickly and effectively as possible, we have made a number of assumptions. Please take care to check that these statements are correct before obtaining a quotation.
  
  Material Facts - Duty of Disclosure
 
All material facts must be disclosed. Failure to do so may invalidate your insurance or future claims. A material fact is one, which is likely to influence an insurer in the acceptance and assessment of the proposal. For example any offence, (including non-motor related offences such as fraud, robbery, theft or handling stolen goods.) or prosecutions pending, or infirmities of any driver..
  
If you are in any doubt as to whether a fact is material then please call one of our Bike Specialists on 0800 028 5320, who are available to help you between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am – 5pm Saturday.
  
  The insured vehicle(s):
 
  • is a UK registered model
  • does not have any modifications
  • does not have a sidecar fitted
  • has not previously been the subject of a total loss claim
  You, the proposer:
 
  • are the registered owner and keeper of the motorcycle
  • are the main user of the motorcycle
  You, the proposer and any additional riders:
 
  • have been resident in the UK for the last three years
  • have never been refused or declined any type of insurance
  • do not have any non-motoring convictions
  • main residence is not a caravan, static caravan, chalet, married quarters, squat, licenced premises, hall of residence, houseboat, boat/barge, no fixed abode
  • do not have any medical conditions or disabilities which have not been notified to the DVLA or where the DVLA have revoked or applied restrictions as a result of notification
  • have not had any driving bans
  Other assumptions:
 
  • any no claim bonus used on this policy was earned within the UK in the last two years on a motorcycle insurance policy and is not currently being used on any other policy elsewhere
